The application, on file at the Division of Minerals and Geology offices in <br />Denver, requires addendum submittals to Grand County. I would like to request that this <br />information be attached to the Amendment application currently on file as a public review <br />document at the Grand County Clerk and Recorders Office. <br />The supplied information includes notification to the Soil Conservation Service as part of the <br />required conditions of the Grand County Planning Offce for control of noxious weeds. Also <br />included is a revised Table 4 correcting acreage of the affected lands, Legal Right of Entry, a <br />statement of Owners of Record, the Forest Service Decision Notice and associated Public Notice, <br />a Public Notice for the Amendment, and an addendum to cover seedling protection from wildlife. <br />Please contact me with any questions you may have.
