The bond release application was found complete by this Division on <br />October 22, 1999. The release request is for a Phase I bond release for support <br />facilities at the Edna Mine. Specific facilities include the roadway system, grizzly <br />pad area, explosives magazine/facilities pond area, power line corridor, bone=yard <br />and utility areas. An amount of $773,571.00 is requested for release. The surface <br />ownership is federal, state and private, and the coal mined was federal. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection <br />of the site as soon as it has been scheduled.
