This document appears to be complete and will be reviewed for
adequacy as required in Rule 2.08.6. The Division will conduct a search of
records to see if Kaiser Coal Company has any unpaid civil penalties, unabated
violations, unpaid reclamation or forfeited bonds.
Upon finding that Kaiser Coal Company has an adequate transfer of operators
document and has no problems with compliance, Kaiser Coal will be notified in
writing of approval or disapproval. The public then has thirty (30) days to
request a formal hearing. As required by Rule 2.08.6(3) Kaiser should publish
the enclosed notice of completeness once in a local newspaper.
