All areas that are under reclamation will also be
staked and flagged until they ate released by the DMG. As well, all areas will be delineated and
the size of each area will be shown on all annual reports.
In addition, we will maintain a 200' setback from all man made structure. This will
include 200' from either sfde of the Minnequa Canal and 200' froth fire boundary of the power
substation.
Please let me know if additional maps will be needed to cover these concerns.
Contact Tom Smith or myself at 719-473-3100 if you should have further questions regarding this
matter.
Sincerely,
Robert P. Ma one
Vice President ral Manager
Rocky Mountain Materials
and Asphalt Tnc.
