Massey ownership/control of Catawba Industries; in re: AVS and Meadows and <br />Bacon Mine Permits (C-81-029 and C-81-030) <br />Dear Steve: <br />As we discussed yesterday, I am enclosing a complete copy of the Comprehensive Agreement <br />and Site Specific Agreed Order addressing A.T. Massey's control of Catawba Industries in <br />Kentucky. This information is relevant to both A.T. Massey subsidiaries in Colorado, the <br />Meadows No. I and Bacon Mines, and should be incorporated into each mine file. While I'm <br />sure that this information has been incorporated into the AVS data base, it might be worth <br />double checking from the Division's end. Las[ly, [his information is incorporated directly or <br />by reference into Section 2.03.4 of the Meadows and Bacon permits.
