(OMI) is requesting a Minor Revision <br />(MR-47) for removal of refuse material from the existing East Coal Refuse Pile for use as fill in <br />coal handling facilities area. Accompanying this transmittal letter is a completed application <br />form for Minor Revision and revised permic pages addressing the proposed refuse removal <br />activities (pages 2.05-9c and 2.05-19 through 196). The refuse material will be used at depth in <br />the fill beneath the coal stockpile to bring the coal stockpile pad up to grade. Consistent with <br />general site reclamation plans, the refuse materials will either remain in place or will be placed <br />and covered with a minimum of 4 feet of suitable material during final reclamation of the <br />facilities area. <br />Aher you have had opportunity to review the accompanying information, please feel free to <br />contact me with any questions.
