Kerr <br />1700 LaPorte, No. 50 <br />Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 <br />Re: Bond Release Inspection, Canadian Strip Mine <br />File No. C-A1-026 <br />Dear Mr. Kerr: <br />Wyoming Fuel Company has requested a partial release of the performance bond <br />in effect at the Canadian Strip Mine near Walden, Colorado. You were notified <br />of this action recently in previous correspondence from Wyoming Fuel Company. <br />The request is based on a recent recalculation of the cost for completing <br />reclamation at the site which indicated a reduction of the bond may be <br />appropriate at this time. <br />The Division has tentatively scheduled a bond release inspection for 1:00 p,m. <br />on Thursday, April 23, 1987. 1f you would like to participate in the <br />inspection but are not available at this time, please contact us as soon as <br />possible.
