Long <br />1225 .S. 7th .St. Dinsion Director <br />Grand Junction, CO 81501 <br />RE: Mule Farm GLavel Pit, Tedtnical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-91-079, Revision No. <br />TR-2 <br />Dear Mr. Logue: <br />On September 13, 1999 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the Division on August 6, 1999, addressing the following: <br />Operator is approved for greater amount of disturbed acres during mining. Mining and reclamation <br />are not phased, thougp reclamation will occur incrementally as mining progresses. The operator is <br />no longer bound to the acreage limitations of disturbance as detailed in stipulations No. 1 through 6 <br />of the rider to the permit. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M-91-079. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-91-079 remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />The estunated liability amount of $124,488.00 for the Mule Farm Gravel Pit exceeds the performance <br />bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of <br />$51,108.00.
