S Luc hheaA C.cc uove Dirp~inr hucharl H Lunt; Uimaun Uvcclm Due to a recent change in the Hard Rock/Metal Mining Rules and the recent approval of TR-l5, parts of the EPP will have to be revised. 1) Effective December 30, 1995, Rule 6.4.19, Exhibit S, refers to permanent manmade structures. Rule 6.4.20, Exhibit T, is the reference for the EPP. You will need to revise your EPP submittal to reflect the new Rule and Exhibit. 2) Found a typo error on Page 3, first sentence... "to the distributor of..." should read "to the distributor or...". 3) On Page 6, Groundwater Quality Data, the last part of the first paragraph states "which includes field parameter measurements, detection limits, and monitoring frequency". Monitoring frequency is defined in TR-15 not TR-06. 4) On Page 6, paragraph B, the last sentence states "Sampling has been continuous since the baseline water quality data which began in November, 1987." Since BMRI failed to submit water sampling reports from December 1, 1993 to Tune 18, 1994 (NOV M-95-043), it should read "nearly continuous" instead of "contihuous". Also, should it refer to the "baseline water quality data proeram" instead of "baseline water quality data"? 5) On Page 7, paragraph C should be revised to read; Groundwater quality parameters can be found in TR-15. Detection limits are reported from Core Laboratories on their analysis reports and can also be found in TR-06 Appendix D.
