Thompson Creek Mine (C-81-025) Permit Renewal 03
Deaz Mr. Hayes:
Staff and field personnel familiaz with the site of the mine agree with your conclusions and
recommendations and the wishes of the surface landowner. Our conclusion is based on the level of
disturbance by mining conlpazed to the total amount of similaz vegetation types in the immediate vicinity
of the mine.
If the level of disturbance were to increase to a potentially significant level, we would like the opportunity
to reconsider the impacts of the mine. If you have any further questions, please contact Bill Clark, 970-255-
6186, and he will coordinate a response or reply.
Sincerely,
Robert H.
