Letter Agreement - Colorado Coal Mine No. 1 <br />2. Agreement for Colorado Coal Mine No. 1 <br />Reclamation Construction <br />3. Performance Bond Form <br />The letter agreement contains the items discussed on our January <br />11, 1988 meeting. The detailed reclamation plan is in progress. <br />Raiser plans on finishing the survey of the pit and diversion <br />ditches this week. The plan should be finalized within two <br />weeks of completing the field work. Raiser will have the <br />contractors reexamine their bids for the increased scope of work <br />to verify that the work can be done within the proposed budget. <br />Raiser plans on obtaining bankruptcy court approval of agreement <br />and disbursement of funds. This approach allows all interested <br />parties an opportunity to comment on the proposed reclamation <br />plan. <br />As you are aware Kaiser is talking with the Abandoned Mined <br />Lands Division concerning some subsidence features near the test <br />:' +• <br />
