As required by Rule 2.08.5(2)(al of the <br />P,egulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Roard for Coal Mining, <br />applications for renewal of a permit shall be filed with the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division at least 180 days before the expiration of the existing <br />permit, and the mine operator shall be notified by the Division if he needs to <br />renew such permit 90 days prior to the final date for filing of the permit <br />renewal. <br />fiis letter is to notify Wynmina fuel Co. of tht+ need to renew the Golden <br />Eagle and New F.lk Mine permit. Based on the expiration date of the current <br />permits, application for these permit renewals should be received by this <br />office by July 75, )988. <br />For your convenience, I have enclosed copies of the application form for <br />permit renewal.
