On the mailed copy you added the words "Please extend sixty days." The original decision date was
April 17, 2000. I have approved this request for an extension, to allow time for you to settle some pertinent issues
with the National Park Service. The new decision date is now set for June 16, 2000.
r
Please be reminded that there are still numerous outstanding adequacy issues on yourapplication to the Division,
which must be answered before the decision date. If these items are not addressed satisfactorily by that date, the
Division may deny the application.
If you have any questions, please contact me at the Division's Durango field office: 701 Camino del Rio, Room
125, Durango CO 81301; tel 970/247-5193 or far 970/247-5104.
Sincerely,
~~ ~~
Bob Oswald
Environmental Protection Specialist
a:\dickerson extl/rco
