Mined Land Reclamation Division hereby issues notice that on <br />August 19, 1991, a technical revision application fora permit to conduct coal <br />mining operations, File No. C-81-020 (TR - 0071, by Salt Creek Mining Company, <br />P,O. Box 70., Loma, Colorado 81524, was deemed complete for the purposes of <br />filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the .4ct and <br />Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations on lands <br />located in <br />6th Principal Meridian <br />Sections~8, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34 T7S, R102W <br />Sections 2, 3, 4, TBS, R102W <br />Ute Priniipal Meridian <br />Section 34 T2N. R3W <br />Section 3 T1 N, R3W <br />The revision involves surfiace water controls at the Loma Loadout facility. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on Mack, Howard Canyon, and <br />Garvey Canyon USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle maps. A copy of the technical <br />revision application is available for public inspection at the Garfield County <br />Courthouse, 109 8th Street, Suite 200, Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
