You are <br />referred to the Division's adequac;i letter to ycu dated June 4, 1991, a copy <br />of which is enclosed. <br />- The dccumentation on the width of Rights-of-Way of County Road 335 <br />from Garfield County has not yet been submitted. <br />- The surface ownership map (Figure 2.1-1) and.or Section 2.2.7 still <br />needs revising as described in the June 4 letter. <br />Other issues in the enclosed letter, with the exception of the point of <br />diversion for the pipeline, have been satisfied. The Division can place a <br />stipulation on its approval of this revision requiring the necessary Water <br />Court action. <br />Please submit the information the above two issues within the next 10 days, <br />otherwise, it may be necessary for the Division to deny the revision and <br />require removal of the pipeline. <br />Sincerely, <br />William 8.
