Rockbottom, LLC is now the permitted operator of the Oak Creek Gravel Pit, <br />and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-1989-084, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed aze the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. <br />Pueblo Bank and Trust Certificate of Deposit 1216766 $52,804.00 <br />These have been released as of May 19, 2006 Division approval for the succession of operators.
