A description of each section follows. Section 1.0 reports 2002 reclamation activity as specified in Section 2.04.13 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Regulations for Coal Mining. All appropriate maps are enclosed. Sectiou 2.0 is the Annual Hydrology Report and is composed of eight subsections. 2.1 Climatological Data 2.2 Pit Dewatering and Consumptive Water Use for 2002 2.3 Mining Advancement and Ash Disposal 2.4 Monitoring Points 2.5 Hydrological Data (Hydro-Engineering Inc. report) 2.6 Hydrological Trends 2.7 Spoil Spring Sampling 2.8 WET Testing Results Section 3.0 is a report on Trapper's drainage reconstruction efforts 1987-2002. It consists of a narrative segment describing our reconstruction methods and results as well as a map showing the locations of our drainage reconstruction efforts minewide. In 2002, approximately 1328 feet of drainage construction work was performed in the East Pyeatt drainage. Drainage repair work was completed on approximately 6,300 lineaz feet of the Johnson, No-Name, Pyeatt, Flume and Oak drainageways during the 2002 field season. Section 5.0 is a narrative and map showing topsoil stockpiles constructed in 2002 and proposed 2002 topsoil stockpile locations. Additionally, the map has been updated to show all existing topsoil stockpiles minewide with appropriate identification numbers. The Section 5.0 narrative and accompanying Table 5-1 describes topsoil stockpile locations, size and approximate volumes. Section 6.0 is the stock tank and dozer basin section. This section contains a narrative and a map of stock tank and dozer basin locations. Table 6-1 reflects the revised as-built stock tank density. RECEI~/ED P.O.
