Banta, <br />Division Dlreaor <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, the Mined Land Reclamation Division hereby issues notice that on <br />February 21, 1991, a technical revision application for a permit to conduct <br />coal mining operations, file No. C-82-056 (TR - 121, by Twentymile Coal Co., <br />29515 Routt County Road No. 27, Oak Creek, CO 80467, was deemed complete for <br />the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the <br />Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to accept reclamation liability for various surface <br />structures, previously bonded under the Eckman Park Permit N0. C-81-071. the <br />mine is located about 25 miles southwest of Steamboat Springs, Colorado in <br />Routt County. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public <br />inspection at the Routt County Courthouse, 522 Lincoln Box 773598, Steamboat <br />Springs, CO.
