The revision was submitted by <br />Seneca Coal Company. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from <br />this date of filing. <br />Seneca Coal Company is submitting the as-built report and certification for Haul Road H. <br />The surface coal mining operation is on {and located approximately 9 miles south of Hayden. The permit area is <br />further described as follows: <br />TSN, R88 W; All of Section 15; Portions of Sections 9, 10, 1 I, 14, 16, 21, 22 and 23 <br />T6N, R88W; Portions of Sections 14, 23 and 24 <br />T6N, R87W; Portions of Sections 17, I8, 19 <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map of Hayden Gulch. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public inspection at the Routt County Courthouse, Box <br />773598, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477, and at the Division office. For additional information or to provide <br />written comments, contact the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. In order for us to comply with regulatory time frames, we request that <br />comments be submitted within fifteen (l5) days of this letter.
