The Division plans to prepare an adequacy letter
on the bond release within 30 days which will advise you of additional
information required.
A bond release field inspection of the site will not be scheduled until the
Division has an opportunity to re-sample the vegetation at the site in late
July or early August. There was a considerable discrepancy between the
vegetation sampling performed by your firm and the Division in 1989, and we
are unwilling to consider a Phase II bond Release request prior to
re-sampling. We would welcome accompaniment by a representative of your firm
during the Divisions sampling, to ensure that our methodology is similar to
yours .
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
..~~1 Catherine W.
