<br />Together with the right of ingress and egress to and from.said pipeline or pipelines, or any of them, on, over, and
<br />across Bald land and adjacent land of Grantor. ,

<br />Ir is agreed that the pipeline or pipelines to be laid under thls.grant shall be constructed at sufficient depth below the
<br />i surface of the ground to permit normal cultivation at the time pf construction, and Grantor shall have the right to fully
<br />use and enjoy the above described premises subject; to the rights herein granted.
<br />`~ Grantee shall have the right to clear all trees, undergrowth and other obstructions from the herein granted right-of-
<br />way,'.and Grantor agrees not to bu0d, construct or create arty" buildings, structures or engineering works on the herein
<br />i granted right-of-way thatwill tnsterfere with the normal operation and maintenance of said line or lines.
<br />Grantee agrees to pay to the~owners and to any tenant; az their interests may be, any and all damages to crops; timber,
<br />fences, drain tile, or, other improvemenu on said premises that may arise from the exercise of the rights herein
<br />granted; provided, however, that after the first pipeline has beeh constructed hereunder, Grantee shall not be liable for
<br />i damages caused on the easement by keeping said eazement clear of trees, undergrowth, and brush in the exercise of
<br />the rights herein granted. Any payment due hereunder may be made direct,to the said Grantor or any one of them.
<br />It is further agreed that the said grantee, its successors or azsigns, may at any time lay an additional pipeline or lines,
<br />along side of, the said first line, upon payment of the same consideration per linear rod az paid for this right-of-way,
