The <br />proposed grading and drainage plan are addressed in the <br />responses to stipulation Nos. 1 and 2. <br />Stipulation #1: <br />Attached is a portion of West Elk Mine's new <br />drainage map which shows the proposed contours <br />and drainage from the Stack Tubes area. <br />Stipulation #2: <br />Geowest has completed hydrology calculations <br />(attached) for the stack tubes area and <br />determined that there is sufficient storage <br />capacity in pond MB-2 to contain the additional <br />storm water runoff from the area. <br />Stipulation #3: <br />Attached are revised bond calculations for the <br />Stack Tubes area reclamation, based on more <br />current concrete, belt length and earthwork <br />figures than originally submitted. A bond <br />summary, including the bond rider recently <br />submitted and the Office/Bathhouse and Stack <br />Tubes bond requirements, is provided. With the <br />rider, MCC has a bond surplus in excess of <br />$150,000.00. <br />PMCp62.... <br />
