As required by the Division, operators aze required to submit, through a <br />technical revision process, an amendment [o our Weed Management Plan, to include measures to <br />control tamarisk and Russian olive. The accompanying management plan satisfies this criteria. <br />The Division has waived [he normal fee of $188 for Technical Revisions addressing only <br />tamarisk management plans submitted by June 27, 2005. Therefore no fee is included with this <br />request: Review comments 1 and 2 identified in your review letter dated April 18, 2005 have <br />been incorporated into the accompanying plan.
