VERIFIED APPLICATION
FOR APPROVAL OF
ASSIGNMENT OF PERMIT RIGHTS
COMES NOW THE APPLICANT, Sylvia McCormick, and
pursuant to 30 C.F.R. § 788.18, represents and applies as
follows:
1. The current permitees are Henry L. Weaver and
Opal Weaver, c/o Aobert Weaver, 117 South Eighth Street,
Gunnison, Colorado 81230.
2. The Applicant, Sylvia McCormick, 3567 South
Dawson Street, Aurora, Colorado 80014, [phone], pro-
poses to succeed to the interests of the current permitees
pursuant to an Assignment, dated November 1, 1982 and effec-
tive as of October 1, 1982, from Henry L. Weaver and Opal
Weaver. A copy of the Assignment is submitted herewith.
3. The Applicant hereby incorporates all relevant
information which was submitted in application for the
existing permit.
4. The Applicant is the holder of record of the
leasehold interest in Federal Coal Lease C-069942 (the
"Lease"). The Applicant obtained all right, title and
