T2S, 871'.^1 antl Sec. a, ISS, I<iuw <br />The applicant proposes to reclaim the site for Wildlife - liyestoCCl--. Th <br />deadline for persons to file statements regarding this operation, or to <br />petition €or a hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board to consider <br />the granting of a Permit is set by Law; for information please call this <br />office. <br />The applicant is obligated to show that the proposed mining and reclamation <br />plans are in conformance with local zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, <br />or master plan, and is further required to place a copy of the apF~lication <br />for public inspection with the Clerk of the county in which the proposed <br />mine is situated.
