Attached is a corrected Figure TR-1 Map with a signature. 2. The current road locations on the mine site are shown on the original maps. As we noted in an adequacy response letter dated March 26, 20.01 ". .all roads used 'by this operation will be contained on site or are county roads. The existing on site roads will not be improved unless used as a haul routes and in that case -they will.be maintained regularly and graveled to keep. dust down. Most of these roads will remain when mining-ends to allow access to oil well facilities on the site." Existing roads vary from 12 to 25 feet wide depending on their use. The new access road was constructed from the .southeast corner of the new Plant Site east to the intersection of WCR's 23 & 38- in the location shown on Figure TR-1. This road was built to county standards, is 35 feet +, wide from the bridge to the dividing point where the one-way roads join. The one way portions are 25 feet wide. It is an elevated, crowned, gravel surface road with drainage ditches along .each side to collect any runoff and channel it to drainages that cross the mine in to irrigation ponds where it is retained on the site. The .southern arm of the main road will remain as the ranch access once mining ends. The file should contain letters requesting the road be left when mining ends. As I explained on the telephone the ditch crossings have been installed. They're two of the three crossings agreed to paragraph 5 in the Western Mutual/Platte Sand and Gravel ,Agreement dated 26,June,2"001. A copy of the agreement was attached to the Technical Revision.: These bridges are permanent crossings that will be used to access the Ranch once mining ends.
