Long
Div is inn DueU Or
The Division has reviewed Mountain Coal Company's application to
revise the semi-annual and annual report formats for the Subsidence
Monitoring reports and establish due dates for these submittals.
The Division has the following comments:
1. The Division would like to make clear that these
subsidence monitoring reports are semi-annual reports.
Therefore, the semi-annual report, due August 15, shall
reflect data collected during the first part of the year,
and the year end report, due by April 30, should reflect
data collected through December 31 of the proceeding
year.
2. In addition to the report contents listed for the annual
report, MCC should include a discussion of hydrologic
(ground and/or surface water) consequences of subsidence.
3. Because the due date for the semi-annual report came in
the midst of this review, August 15, 1993, MCC should
send this report to the Division by September 24, 1993.
Please call if you have any questions.
11-
Christine E.
Reclamation
ist
007MR96
