Dept. of Natural Resource
Company
Pursuant to our telephone conversation of May 25, 1982, I
would advise you that Leigh Whitehead & Associates has been
authorized by Castle Concrete Company to supervise the
construction of the road and sediment ponds.
This letter also confirms that Castle Concrete will be
responsible for the maintenance of the ponds during Castle's
ownership of the property during the period that the sediment
ponds are functional. I am sure you are aware that if
Castle Concrete, or a successor; is not mining at the Pikeview
Quarry; the area will find other uses. The master plan
planned industrial park will come up with other alternatives
addressing any drainage problems.
I trust these responses clear up any questions.
Respectf
EVANS ~
Briggs
GSB/bjw
cc: Castle Concrete Company
Attention: Gordon K.
