Pioneer Sand <br />Company, Inc. is now the pemriited operator of the Ingleside Quarry, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in <br />M-1980-037-HR, as well as those specified in the Rules and ReguLltions. <br />Enclosed is The Travelers Indemnity Co. Corporate Surety Bond No. in the amount of $20,900.00, and <br />the Performance Warranty you originally provided. These were released as of July 16, 2004 Division approval for the <br />succession of operators.
