Following are BRL's responses to the DMG's comments and <br />concerns: <br />4. A technical revision application will be submitted under separate cover to <br />address the reclamation of the road that leads from Stevens Gulch road to the <br />West Mine. The BLM indicated the road does not need to be reclaimed. <br />9. A note was added to the West Mine as-built contour map to state the lower <br />section of the Steven's Gulch Allotment stock trail will be connected to the lower <br />East Roatcap Creek Road when the sediment ponds are removed. <br />The following As-Built Contour Map is enclosed. <br />Please call if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~~ <br />J.
