Map I A has been revised to remove the cross-hatching, indicative of the area subject to liability <br />release, from within the proposed permit area. <br />2. Map 17 has been revised. The firs[ submittal did no[ show the permit boundary north of Highway 12. <br />3. The titles of Tables 4 and 4A have been revised to correspond to the text (page 2.04-2). <br />4.
