The technical revision will correct and clarify a <br />number of issues identified during a recent mine site inspection. The issues <br />generally relate to the design of ditches and culverts and the reclamation of <br />certain ponds. <br />The mine site is located in Pitkin County in Sections 34 and 35, Township 8 <br />South, Range 89 West of the 6th P.M. The loadout is located in Garfield <br />County in Section 6, Township 8 South, Range 88 West, and Sections 29, 30 and <br />32, Township 7 South, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M. These areas are shown on <br />USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle maps of Stony Ridge, and Carbondale. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public <br />inspection at the Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. <br />Written comments may be submitted to and additional information may be <br />obtained from the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman <br />Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303> 866-3567. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Barbara L.
