The Division's <br />estimate is enclosed. The estimate is somewhat higher than the <br />total presented in MCC's application due to an increase in unit <br />costs and the inclusion of indirect costs. The new liability <br />associated with this revision is $8,120.00. Therefore, the total <br />liability is $5,468,957.00.
