(BMRI) - San Luis <br />DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Request fnr Approval of Piezometer Locations <br />Dear Mr. Oehler: <br />On February 14, 1994, BMRI submitted design information and ' <br />locations for ten piezometers in accordance with the <br />approved TR-16. As per our telephone conversation of March <br />7, our contractor is scheduled to be on-site March 11 to <br />drill and complete the embankment piezometers. <br />BMRI awaits approval from the Division for the piezometers. <br />Please note that TR-16 requires BMRI to receive approval <br />from the Division for the design and the locations of the <br />piezometers and must complete the installation of the <br />piezometers by March 15, 1994. <br />A copy of BMRI's February 14, 1994 letter to the Division is <br />enclosed. <br />If you have any questions, please call. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~a ~ ~~~ <br />Alana L.
