In order for us to process the requests as technical revisions, it <br />will be necessary for you to publish notice of the applications in a local <br />paper (the Durango Herald) and file copies of the applications at the office <br />of the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder. The notice requirements for a <br />technical revision are addressed under Rule 2.08.4(5)(b)(i). I have enclosed <br />a proposed newspaper advertisement which would meet the requirements of the <br />regulations. The publication need only be made once and should be done as <br />quickly as possible. <br />Based on the information you have previously submitted, we are prepared to <br />approve the revision requests upon receiving proof of publication of the <br />newspaper notice.
