We as a Board feel that tnere is too much *opso~l to be <br />moved and reseeded to release this large portion of bond. <br />We would like to see more reclamation be done and a chance <br />to visit the site next summer to evaluat? the sits without <br />snow cover, befor? any of the bond is released. <br />2. We have concerns them could be <br />materials, and possibly electrical <br />down in the min?.
