Long, <br />Division Director <br />On March 23, 1992 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division conditionally <br />approved the technical revision application submitted to the Division on <br />March 5, 1992, addressing the installation of a portable wash plant and <br />associated clear-water and settling ponds. The terms of the TR No. O1 <br />approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-83-035. <br />The conditions of the Division approval are noted below. Please note that all <br />other provisions of Permit No. M-83-035 remain in full force and effect. <br />Stipulation No. O1 a,~/~ ~/~ <br />SCHMIDT CONSTRUCTION WILL SUBMIT $3,600 ADDITIONAL BOND PRIOR TO V~' "~ s'~~/~~- <br />INSTALLATION OF THE WASH PLANT AND PONDS DESCRIBED IN TECHNICAL Rbv <br />REVISION O1. <br />Stipulation No. 02 <br />SCHMIDT CONSTRUCTION WILL MAINTAIN 20,000 YARDS OF STOCKPILED MATERIAL IN <br />THE PROCESSING AREA NORTH OF THE WASH PLANT. THIS MATERIAL WILL BE <br />SUITABLE FOR BACKFILLING THE PONDS AT TIME OF RECLAMATION.
