Quarry, Permit No. M-82-141 -Board Decision. <br />Dear Mr. Butler: <br />On June 24, 1992, the Mined Land Reclamation Board considered the civil <br />penalty associated with Notice of Violation No. M-92-012 on the Juniper <br />Mountain Quarry, Permit No. M-83-141. The Board ruled that if the financial <br />warranty is filed and approved by the Division by a week from the June 24,1992 <br />hearing date (by July 1, 1992), a total of 38,000.UU will be suspended of the <br />59,000.00 civil penalty. The remaining $1,000.00 civil penalty is due and <br />payable to the Division within 30 days of the July 1, 1992 date.
