Long <br />Dinsion Director <br />The Division has issued a proposed decision to approve Bond Release Application No. 5 for the <br />Canadian Strip Mine. Enclosed is the Division's decision form and written findings. The proposed <br />decision will be published in the Jackson County Star, as soon as possible. Publication of the notice <br />initiates athirty-day public comment period.
