MAIMGEMENT <br />Two of the maps submitted with PR-03 were revised before the permit revision was <br />approved. They are Map 14 Mine Plan and Map 27 Subsidence. Both of these maps <br />were revised by MR-13 which was approved July 22, 1999. MR-13 revised the mine plan <br />and made a minor amendment to the disturbed area near the ventilation fan. <br />Map 14 Mine Map <br />Map 14 included with PR-03 has the correct permit boundary but an outdated mine plan. <br />Enclosed is a revised Map 14 that presents the approved MR-13 mine plan and the <br />approved PR-03 permit boundary. <br />Map 27 Subsidence <br />Map 27 included with PR-03 also has the correct permit boundary but an outdated mine <br />plan. It also has outdated affected and disturbed area figures. Enclosed is a revised Map <br />27 that presents the approved MR-13 mine plan, the approved PR-03 permit boundary <br />and a revised PR-03 affected and disturbed area boundary. <br />PR-03 will revise the affected and disturbed area as follows: <br />Permit Action Affected Area Disturbed Area <br />MR-13 1308 771;91 <br />PR-03 1316 87 <br />Increase 8 10 <br />
