The application requested an incidental permit boundary change by excluding 14.2 acres <br />from the permit boundary in the SWr/.SE'/. of Section 25, T47N, R16W. The area generally lies west <br />of the Nucla landfill and east of Road 2650. The application was approved by CDMG on February 3, <br />1993. The area in question is jointly owned by Montrose County and San Miguel County. <br />Westem Fuels-Colorado, A Limited Liability Company is now applying to CDMG for bond liability <br />release for the 14.2 acres of land.
