M-88-112 <br />Deaz Jim: <br />Enclosed please find three copies of the revised TR-IS Response Plan Qor Battle <br />Mountain Resources, Inc.'s San Luis Mine. This Plan replaces the previously submitted <br />Response Plan addressing elevated readings for TDS at We11 M-11 R. This Plate has been <br />revised based on additional monitoring and information collected relative to the original <br />Response Plan. As we discussed with you during our earlier meeting today, the revised <br />Response Plan addresses information collected subsequent [o the original plan and <br />proposes additional geohydrologic studies and evaluation of long-term options for <br />treatment of the elevated constituents in the West Pit area. <br />We note that we are anxious to begin the additional data collection and have <br />scheduled to have a drill rig on site the first week in December.
