Frei, we request that you continue <br />the applicant's meeting with the Board on the subject mine from <br />the regular April, 1985 meeting to the regular May, 1985 meeting. <br />This continuance is necessary because we are resolving zoning <br />matters with Clear Creek County. On April 15, 1985 Albert Frei <br />had the final hearing with the County Commissioners in Clear Creek <br />County and a decision on the PD zoning was reached. The final <br />Plat still has to be approved. We will be working with Mr. Bert <br />Weaver of the Clear Creek Planning Department in getting the final <br />plat ready for the County Commissioners approval at one of their <br />early May hearings. Clear Creek County said they would not write <br />the letter to the MLRB stating county approval until this final plat <br />is approved. <br />We have been working with the county trying to make the April <br />MLRB hearing like we requested in January, but the Counties timing <br />has held Mr. Frei up. We hope the Board understands our problem <br />and grants this request.
