-~, <br />• iiiiiiiiiiii • <br />:DECEIVED <br />AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE JAN 2 6 1999 <br />TEMPLETON IRRIGATION DITCH , ;r of Minerals ~ Geolo9Y <br />Lake County, Colorado, located a[ 505 Harrison Avenue, PO Box 964, Leadville <br />80461, conducts mining operations at the end of County Road 1 1 A. <br />Lake County is expanding its mining operations to include an area of <br />approximately 23 acres located in Section 7, of Township 10 south, range 80 west of the <br />6'h principal meridian. <br />The proposed perniit area for the mining of aggregate is approximately 75 feet <br />from [he Templeton irrigation ditch. <br />Lake County is expanding mining operations to the north away from the ditch. <br />Lake County does not intend to impact the ditch in any manner what so ever.
