Included with this application is correspondence to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service <br />revising the North Fork of the Gunnison River depletion calculations to include this production <br />increase. It is estimated that Mountain Coal Company's West Elk Mine will produce 5.3 million <br />tons in 1995.
