Please find the decision form enclosed <br />with this letter. <br />As Minor Revision No. 164 was currently under review by the <br />Division and required a bond estimate as well, the increase in <br />liability for both revisions was included on the decision form for <br />MR#162. The new liability associated with these two minor <br />revisions is $3,502.00. Therefore, the total liability is <br />$5,460,837.00.
