Box 2107 <br />Grand Junction, CO 81502-2107 <br />Re: Technical Revision No. 3 Approval: Blue Ribbon Mine, C-81-047 <br />Dear Mr. Burke: <br />Technical revision No. 3 (TR03) which will allow Blue Ribbon Coal Company to <br />transfer ownership of the truck scale property from Blue Ribbon Coal Company <br />to the State Highway Department has been approved by the Division. <br />Blue Ribbon Coal Company has complied with the three requirements for approval <br />as outlined in my letter of January 30, 1989 including proof of the sale of <br />the property, all necessary revised permit pages, and a approvable request for <br />a change in post-mining land use. The truck scale area previously had a post- <br />mining land use of "grazing, wildlife habitat, and recreation" which was <br />changed to "industrial or commercial". <br />Notice of the proposed decision will be published as soon as possible.
