Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Through discussion with Harry Ranney on 5/3/04 I have been able to resolve all four of <br />the clarification questions (items 1 through 4 in my fax to you of 4/29/04). I assume the <br />new cost estimate (Revised 3/30/04) is to be inserted in the permit at the end of existing <br />Appendix 5-7. Now the only adequacy item remaining to be resolved is an updated copy <br />of Map 1. <br />The Division's deadline for issuing a proposed decision was 4/30/04.
