Public Notice Varna Companies, Inc.; 2130 South 96th Street, Broomfield, CO 80020, (303) 666- 6657; has filed an application for a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act The proposed mine is known as the Jenkins Site, and is located at or near portions of Sections 26, 27, and 34, all in Township 1 South, Range 70 West, 6th Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is 20 September 1995, and the proposed date of completion is 20 September 2000. The proposed future use of thE~ land is Rangeland.
