Simpson <br />Stale Engineer <br />We have reviewed the above referenced amendment application AM-001 to expand the size <br />of the Glen Johnson Site 1 sand and gravel mine from 5 to 7 acres. According to the <br />provisions of the original permit ground water will not be encountered, and no water will <br />be used in the operation.
